Prescription Pads & Rx Paper
Effective January 1, 2019 there will be a new, mandatory, uniquely serialized number format required to be pre-printed on all prescription pads, paper, and forms used for prescribing controlled substances in California. This number is assigned by the California Department of Justice and is intended to take action against the prescription drug abuse crisis and criminal enterprises engaged in drug diversion.
With new, mandatory printing requirements coming into effect January 1, 2019, we want to ensure all medical professionals in California are prepared to maintain safe prescribing practices with compliant, tamper-resistant security printing services from Rx Security; a State Approved, industry leading supplier of secure, tamper-resistant prescription pads, paper, and other medical forms.
